I discovered Trenara through Joris, now the co-host of The Running Crew podcast. He told me that a really good app was coming. I was immediately very curious! When the app finally went live, I downloaded it right away and started following a half marathon schedule. I quickly noticed progress by training more purposefully.

I love the variety in the schedules; everything is very logically structured. At the end of my half marathon schedule, I finished within a few seconds of the predicted time. The app also provides motivation through push notifications, and a logical consequence of this is that you establish a regular routine.

Since training with Trenara, I have been injury-free for quite some time. Before Trenara, I had ITB due to following a too strenuous schedule. I've also made great progress and set several PRs.

I've had the PRO subscription almost from the beginning. A huge plus is that I've already seen several features launched, of which RPE is now my favorite. I'm really looking forward to its expansion! Additionally, I regularly use the feature to reschedule a training session if it doesn't fit into my schedule.

To conclude, I have only one piece of advice: install the app, be patient, and follow the schedule. And if possible, support this fantastic app (and the people behind it) by subscribing; it's well worth it!
